Assignment Duration: 12 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM | 5 Days/Week (37.5 Hours)
Pay Rate: $30–$34 per hour

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support within a school-based setting. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support

• Accurately collect, record, and report behavioral data

• Support student engagement, classroom participation, and skill development

• Utilize de-escalation and crisis intervention strategies as needed

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to ensure student success

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to school policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (in hand)

• Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience preferred

• CPI certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding

• Strong communication, documentation, and behavioral intervention skills
