Psychiatrists & Psychiatry Leaders Needed – Chicago & Remote Options

Open Positions

Psychiatrist – Outpatient (In-Office | Chicago)

Monday–Friday, flexible hours

• Adult & child patients
• 1–3 years experience required
• Illinois medical license required

Child Psychiatrist – Hybrid (Chicago / Telehealth)

• Up to 50% remote
• 30 patient hours/week
• Illinois medical license required (or willingness to obtain)

Psychiatrist – Medical Director (Remote)

• Oversee psychiatry team serving older adults
• Approximately 40% virtual patient care
• 5+ years experience (Geriatric Psychiatry preferred)
• Active license in Illinois, Florida, Texas, or another U.S. state accepted

Psychiatry Pod Lead (Remote)

• Lead and supervise psychiatric nurse practitioners
• 30 hours/week of direct virtual patient care
• Leadership & Telehealth experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Active license in Illinois, Florida, Texas, or another U.S. state accepted

Compensation

• $260,000–$350,000+ total compensation, depending on role and experience
• Leadership stipends included where applicable
• Performance-based bonus opportunity: $20,000–$50,000+ annually
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for select roles
