Join our dynamic mental health team as a Fully Remote Pre-Licensed Therapist (LCP or ALMFT), where you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy services to diverse populations. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality patient care, conduct comprehensive assessments, and support clients through their mental health journeys from the comfort of your own space. You will work closely with licensed professionals to develop treatment plans, facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, and utilize your expertise in various therapeutic modalities to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide virtual psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes, assessments, and treatment planning
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Maintain an average caseload of 15–25 clients, aligned with part-time or full-time status
- Participate in required clinical supervision and case consultation
- Utilize evidence-based, relational, and trauma-informed interventions
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support client care
- Adhere to all licensure, legal, and ethical guidelines
- Engage in ongoing professional development and skill-building
- Use telehealth platforms and EHR systems effectively and securely
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field
- Actively pursuing licensure as an LCPC or ALMFT (pre-licensed and in good standing)
- Eligible to accrue supervised clinical hours toward full licensure
- Experience or strong interest in working with adults, couples, and families
- Comfortable providing therapy via telehealth/remote platforms
- Familiarity with relational, systemic, and trauma-informed approaches (or willingness to learn)
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and time-management skills
- Commitment to ethical practice, ongoing supervision, and professional growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual (Spanish strongly preferred; additional languages a plus)
- Experience working with diverse, multicultural, or underserved communities
- Training or interest in couples and family therapy modalities (e.g., EFT, Gottman, systemic approaches)
- Experience supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions
- Familiarity with neurodiversity-affirming and culturally responsive care
- Prior experience in a group practice or telehealth setting
- Comfort using electronic health records (EHR) and teletherapy platforms
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
