Crossing the Spectrum is seeking a Behavior Technician and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team!

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and create a positive learning environment.
- Implement treatment plans designed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, community, and clinic settings under the supervision of a BCBA
- Adhere to professional and ethical conduct as outlined in the RBT Task List.
- Collect and document data on client progress.
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
Pay Range: $20 - 27/ hour based on experience
Paid training.
Job Type: part-time (some weekends required)
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; some college preferred.
- Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within six months of being hired.
- Comfortable working with and around children.
- Must pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
- Compassion, empathy, and honesty are a must.
