We're looking for a BCBA to join our team. Cases are supervised in-home and in center, depending on client needs which can change over time. The ideal candidate has a degree in psychology/education or related field. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing supervision, adhering to ethical reporting standards and providing case consultations with families and other professionals as needed.

Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children, teens and/or adults with ASD and related disorders
- Proficient in conducting behavioral and functional assessments
- Proficient in the development and implementation with behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with ASD and their families
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate medical documentation

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
