Behavior Technician

Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Use behavioral techniques to teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors
Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
- Ability to provide patient care in a compassionate and professional manner
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities is highly desired
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a plus, but not required
