Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs across behavioral health, child welfare, and social services.
- Deliver crisis management and crisis intervention strategies to stabilize individuals experiencing urgent mental health or behavioral crises.
- Provide addiction counseling and motivational interviewing to support recovery and behavioral change.
- Develop personalized care plans, coordinate services such as Section 8 housing assistance, Medicare support, and workforce development programs.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns, ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including healthcare providers, child welfare agencies, and community organizations to optimize client outcomes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, service plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Master Social Worker (LMSW) with the appropriate state licensing board.
- Proven experience in crisis intervention, crisis management, and behavioral health settings.
- Strong background in addiction counseling, child welfare services, and social work practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or supervise teams with mentoring experience preferred.
- Familiarity with programs such as Section 8 housing assistance, Medicare policies, and workforce development initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations including children and adults.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
