As a Behavior Technician, you will be trained and supported in the delivery of ABA Services, working 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders. You will become skilled in this area, allowing for a true career path!
Assist us in helping our clients learn to; communicate, play, make friends and resolve challenging behaviors.

DESCRIPTION:
This rewarding position works with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, through implementation of skill teaching, behavior management and data recording to help the children meet their best potential and quality of life.

Availability: Open availability preferred
Job Type: Part-time and Full-time
Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm, 4 hour shifts/8 hour shifts
- We provide paid training and supervision to become a Registered Behavior Technician
- Ongoing and frequent supervision by a Behavior Consultant and BCBAs
- Opportunity for career advancement within the field of ABA with mentorship and support

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School diploma/GED
- California DOJ & FBI fingerprint and background clearance (We will arrange this for you!)
- TB clearance
- Immunizations: COVID-19 vaccine (or you may request an accommodation), MMR, Tdap/Dtap/DTP, Varicella(Chickenpox)
- Social Security Card
