This full-time School Psychologist position supports a K-12 school in Middleburg, FL, providing vital psychological services throughout the academic year. With a caseload typically centered at one school, this contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in multidisciplinary referral meetings to identify students in need of evaluation.
  • Assist in determining appropriate psychological evaluations and interpret results for educational teams and parents.
  • Collaborate on Individualized Education Program (IEP) development by providing expert insights based on evaluation data.
  • Provide consultation and support to educators and families to address student needs.
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Education (DOE) licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working within a K-12 school environment.
  • Strong skills in psychological assessment, data interpretation, and consultation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate evaluation findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, student-centered educational environment.

Location:

  • On-site position based in a Middleburg, FL K-12 school setting.
  • Full-time, 35 hours per week, contract duration through the end of the current school year.
