What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs and/or behavior technicians
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain ethical, data-driven ABA practices
- Complete required documentation efficiently and accurately
What We’re Looking For
- BCBA certification (required)
- Experience with children and/or adolescents (school, clinic, or home-based experience welcomed)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services
