What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs and/or behavior technicians
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain ethical, data-driven ABA practices
• Complete required documentation efficiently and accurately

What We’re Looking For

• BCBA certification (required)
• Experience with children and/or adolescents (school, clinic, or home-based experience welcomed)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services
