Your work will include:

This is a hands-on, active role that requires energy, patience, creativity, and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents
  • Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans with fidelity
  • Collect and document data accurately after each session
  • Communicate session progress with caregivers and supervisors
  • Maintain client confidentiality and safety at all times
  • Attend supervision, team meetings, and required trainings

Minimum Requirements

  • Active RBT certification in good standing (If not yet certified, you must be willing and able to obtain certification prior to start date)
  • Experience working with children
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
  • Ability to travel locally between in-home sessions
  • Ability to commit to consistent weekly availability
  • Must pass background check
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule & Work Setting

  • Part-time: 20–34 hours per week
  • Sessions primarily afternoons and evenings (preferred availability)
  • Monday–Friday, weekends as needed
  • In-home client sessions throughout Southern/Central San Diego
  • Up to 25% local travel

Compensation & Benefits

  • $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
