Inpatient and Outpatient Psychiatrist

Active inpatient/outpatient psychiatrist position in Bakersfield seeking dedicated adult psychiatrist.

• Collaborate with a team of board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrists in a supportive, communicative environment.
• Inpatient care for ages 13+ (4 hours/day, Monday–Friday) with shared workload and optional weekend call for extra pay; no mandatory weekend calls.
• Flexible outpatient schedule (20 hours/week, hybrid) for ages 13+.
• Competitive pay starting at $550,000/year plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
