Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

What would you be doing?

You Will Be Integral To Ensuring The Highest Possible Treatment Outcomes For Families Affected By Autism. As a Member Of The Butterfly Effects Interdisciplinary Team, The BCaBA Manages Individualized Behavior Programming Under The Supervision Of a BCBA, Including

• supervising implementation of treatment plans,
• developing individualized goals/objectives,
• individualizing client treatment plans/curricula
• Managing RBTs.

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCaBA Certification - Must hold a current certification by the BACB
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Mid-Level Supervisor.
