Full-Time/Part-time; Salary:
$80,000 - $90,000 base + bonus potential
We are hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing ABA organization supporting children with Autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This role is ideal for newly certified BCBAs as well as experienced clinicians looking for flexibility, mentorship, and a supportive work environment.
Comprehensive training, clinical guidance, and manageable caseloads are provided to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support skill development
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- BCBA certification (or certification pending within 3 months)
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- BCBA licensure accepted in Georgia, Nevada, and Indiana
