Experteer Overview In this role you will provide outpatient psychological services in Willmar, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team within the Skylark Clinic. You will conduct diagnostic assessments, psychological testing, and psychotherapy, with opportunities to develop areas of interest such as neuropsychological testing, group therapy, or consults in partial hospital programs or inpatient units. You will contribute to a center focused on behavioral health within a larger health system. This position offers meaningful clinical impact in a community setting with support for licensure and growth. Compensation / Benefits • Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, and medical providers to coordinate patient care • Conduct outpatient diagnostic assessments and psychological testing • Deliver psychotherapy services to outpatient clients • Develop practice areas of interest (neuropsychological testing, group therapy, or consultation in partial hospital programs or inpatient unit) • Contribute to clinical processes within a Behavioral Health Specialty Clinic • Maintain licensure and participate in ongoing professional development Tasks • PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology • Minimum of one-year experience preferred • Licensure by Minnesota Board of Psychology as Licensed Psychologist (LP) or licensure obtained within 18 months (preferred at start) Key requirements • Full benefits package • sign-on bonus • medical & dental • retirement • relocation • PTO
