Must be licensed in North Carolina. Will consider associate and provisionally licensed professionals with qualifying education and experience.

As a therapist in our practice, you'll:
- Provide individual counseling to clients with a range of mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflict)
- Create and maintain clear, timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clients to develop person-centered treatment plans
- Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards of care
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing learning opportunities
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Active or associate-level licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, etc.) in NC
- Experience providing behavioral health therapy to diverse populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for delivering client-focused, trauma-informed care
- Comfortable with (or willing to learn) telehealth platforms and EHR documentation

Pay: $45,596.39 - $96,000.00 per year
