As a growing private practice, we're expanding our team to meet the increasing demand for quality mental health services. We serve a diverse range of clients with compassion, respect, and evidence-based care—and we’re looking for a therapist who shares our passion for healing and growth.

Must be licensed in North Carolina. Will consider associate and provisionally licensed professionals with qualifying education and experience.

As a therapist in our practice, you'll:

  • Provide individual counseling to clients with a range of mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflict)
  • Create and maintain clear, timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with clients to develop person-centered treatment plans
  • Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards of care
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing learning opportunities

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
  • Active or associate-level licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, etc.) in NC
  • Experience providing behavioral health therapy to diverse populations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering client-focused, trauma-informed care
  • Comfortable with (or willing to learn) telehealth platforms and EHR documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45,596.39 - $96,000.00 per year
