Team Dental is seeking a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our Swedesboro practice. This role is ideal for a patient-focused professional with dental office experience who can confidently support treatment coordination and patient communication.

Schedule

• Full time
• Monday-Friday
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Fridays 9AM-3PM
• No late nights

Pay

• $24–$28 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans and educate patients on procedures
• Review insurance estimates and patient balances
• Coordinate care between providers and front desk
• Support case acceptance and follow-through
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient communication
• Deliver a positive patient experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in a dental office required
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and professional
