We Are Hiring:
  • Department: Adolescent PHP
  • Schedule: Part-time Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Facility: Ascension Crystal Lake Adolescence PHP
  • Location: Crystal Lake, IL
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000.00
  • Salary: $26.25 - $38.39 per hour
**Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work required
What You Will Do:
Provide behavioral health counseling services.
  • Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.
  • Administer individual and group therapy.
  • Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations.
  • Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
  • Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.
  • Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.
What You Will Need:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or Psychology required.
Additional Preferences:
**Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work.
**Experience with adolescents, milieu management, group therapy, and family therapy.
