- Thursday and Friday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will hold a valid RBT certification and demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting children with disabilities through evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one in-home and community-based ABA therapy
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA/LBA
- Maintain clear and professional communication with families and supervisors
- Collect and document accurate data to monitor client progress
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
- Experience working with children, particularly those with ASD or other disabilities, preferred
- Availability to work part-time shifts:
