We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will hold a valid RBT certification and demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting children with disabilities through evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home and community-based ABA therapy
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA/LBA
• Maintain clear and professional communication with families and supervisors
• Collect and document accurate data to monitor client progress
  
  

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
• Experience working with children, particularly those with ASD or other disabilities, preferred
