Experteer Overview In this role you provide clinical and forensic psychology services within regional psychiatric hospitals. You conduct psychological evaluations, develop treatment plans, and support multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care. You may perform court-ordered assessments and offer expert testimony as needed. The position emphasizes trauma-focused, patient-centered care and collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses. Compensation / Benefits • Provide psychological services including groups, psychotherapy, behavioral interventions, and psychosocial rehabilitation • Conduct assessments, including risk assessments and risk management planning for justice-involved populations • Administer, score, interpret, and report psychological tests • Perform forensic assessments per court order and provide expert testimony as requested • Liaise with treatment teams and coordinate care across disciplines • Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with psychology services • Develop and implement program initiatives within the hospital • Attend meetings and participate in committees/work groups • Contribute to hospital initiatives aimed at improving patient care and treatment outcomes • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, and other team members to coordinate patient care Tasks • License to practice psychology in Ohio as issued by the Ohio State Board of Psychology • Strong clinical skills • Experience in clinical and forensic psychology • Ability to conduct court-ordered forensic assessments and provide testimony • Willingness to participate in multidisciplinary teams and hospital initiatives • Post-secondary education transcripts available upon request Key requirements • Medical Coverage • Dental and Vision premiums after eligibility • Paid time off (vacation, personal, sick) • 11 paid holidays per year • Education and development opportunities • Public retirement systems (OPERS, STRS, SERS) and deferred compensation
