Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to clients dealing with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and utilizing therapeutic techniques to help clients improve their mental and emotional health.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and couples therapy to clients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records
  • Offer guidance and support to clients through difficult life situations
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals as necessary
  • Attend team meetings and continuing education opportunities to stay up to date with the latest therapeutic practices
  • Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards of practice

Qualifications:

  • Full therapist, counselor, or social work license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a therapeutic setting, with a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
  • Compassionate, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Experience with trauma-informed care, children and adolescents is a plus
