A Day in the Life of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) at Behavior Matters:
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®), you’ll step into meaningful work each day—supporting autistic children in developing new skills, implementing personalized behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families. You’ll be part of a team that values empathy, connection, and consistency.
From potty training to play-based learning, you’ll help children work through mild to moderate behaviors and celebrate real progress—one moment at a time.

When, Where, and What You’ll Earn:
- When: Sessions typically run 2–3 hours, Monday through Friday from 9:30am - 5:00pm.
- Where: Primarily in our center, clients come to you.
- Pay: $19.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check and provide references
- Physically able to stand, sit, run, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform CPR if needed
