Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a licensed therapist to provide hybrid (in-person and virtual) psychotherapy services primarily to adult and adolescent clients. This role is ideal for clinicians who value structure, consistency, and professionalism while maintaining flexibility and autonomy within a supportive organization.

Clinicians in this role are expected to maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adults and adolescents with diverse presenting concerns
• Provide both in-person and telehealth services
• Maintain a steady caseload with strong client engagement
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain availability for at least 3 evening slots (up to 8pm) and a weekend, if possible

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fully licensed clinician in Rhode Island (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
• Minimum 1 year post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience with adult and adolescent populations preferred
• Familiarity with evidence-based & trauma-focused modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR)

• W-2 stability with predictable income: $50–$60/hour (minimum caseload of 25 client hours per week)
