Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


A full-time, contract opportunity is available for a Licensed Massachusetts Psychologist to support high school students in a school-based setting. This position requires an active Massachusetts Psychologist license and offers the chance to impact student well-being and academic success through assessment, counseling, and collaboration with educators.

Location: Amherst, MA (High School setting)
Duration: Contract through 6/25/2026
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Provide counseling and support services to students facing emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive educational environments
  • Participate in team meetings and maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Massachusetts Psychologist license (submission of license screenshot required)
  • Experience working within high school or similar educational settings
  • Counseling and assessment experience with diverse student populations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Familiarity with school policies and procedures related to student support services

  • Must be able to complete required background checks promptly
  • Reliable transportation for timely attendance
