Role Summary
Join our dynamic team as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist, where your passion for helping others and your expertise in behavioral health will make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities, including autism. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based behavioral therapy, assist with daily living skills, and support individualized care plans to foster growth and independence. Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as written by a BCBA
- Provide one-on-one direct behavior therapy in home, school, clinic, or community settings
- Collect accurate and timely data on client behavior and skill acquisition
- Use applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques such as reinforcement, prompting, shaping, and task analysis
- Assist in teaching communication, social, self-help, and adaptive skills
- Respond appropriately to challenging behaviors using approved behavior reduction strategies
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision sessions
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and BACB ethical standards
- Prepare materials and organize session environments as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
- Completion of required RBT training and competency assessment
- Ability to pass background checks and clearances
- Physical ability to engage in active work (sitting, standing, lifting, playing with clients as needed)

Job Types & Compensation
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract (1099)
- Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Must be willing to travel to clients.
Schedule
- This position requires availability five days a week
- Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
