LPC, LMFT, LCSW in Texas- Private Practice

Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in treating trauma in individual, marriage and/or family therapy. This role is crucial in supporting clients through their mental health challenges, and recurrent stressors.

Duties

• Provide individual, marriage, and/or family counseling to clients dealing with various mental health issues.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
• Attend Quarterly meetings
• Effective communication skills
• Work hybrid/in- person

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling and/or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure
• Experience in individual therapy. Experience conducting Marriage and Family Therapy is a plus
• Proficient in documentation. The practice uses Therapy Notes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $43.94 - $93.00 per hour
