We are looking for playful, high-energy Registered Behavior Technicians seeking full-time employment at the 3701 Outlet Center Dr. Suite 160, Sealy, Texas 77493 location!. Consistent Pay

• Most RBTs at SOS work full-time (40 hours per week)

True Work-Life Balance

• Work in the center Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Within the center, teams will rotate clients every 90 minutes
• Serve clients in their homes 4:30pm - 6:30pm (up to two days per week)

• Unlimited Non-Paid Time Off

Training and Support

• SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs.
• BCBAs work within the center and support you in-person.
• Company paid BLS / CPR certification
• Company paid QBS Safety Care certification

Career Growth

• RBTs get a performance review every 6 months and have the opportunity to be promoted into Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or a Trainer. As a trainer, you will have first dibs to move up as an Office Manager at newly opening locations.
