Position Overview: BCBA Clinician (1–3 Years Experience)

The BCBA Clinician plays a key leadership role in providing high-quality ABA services, guiding clinical decisions, supporting technicians, and mentoring newer BCBAs. You’ll work closely with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams while continuing to grow through leadership training and professional development.


Compensation & Perks


  • Total Earning Potential: Up to $103,000 annually
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • Up to $250.00 CEU reimbursement
  • 1 Work-From-Home Day Guaranteed Weekly
  • Will Mentor BCBA Level 1
  • Max 2 CEU days annually

Responsibilities (BCBA Clinician 1–3 Years)

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.
  • Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP and create skill-acquisition programs.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary professionals.
  • Provide parent/caregiver training using evidence-based ABA strategies.
  • Complete accurate, timely documentation, progress notes, and treatment updates.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and leadership training.
  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, state regulations, and company policies.
  • Mentor Entry-Level BCBAs (BCBA 1) as part of your leadership development.

Requirements


  • Active BCBA certification
  • Active LBA license
  • Current CPR certification
  • 1–3 years of BCBA experience
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills
  • Commitment to professional ethics & ongoing development
