Mind Above Matter (MAM) is a leading provider of behavioral health services offering the full continuum of outpatient care for adolescents through adulthood. We offer expert treatment and compassionate adolescent/adult – centered care supporting mental health. We provide services at our locations located in Texas, in the Burleson, Keller areas and maintain partnerships with numerous local school districts.

We are currently hiring a care coordinator that is looking to use their skills to make a difference in an adolescent / adult life in our Keller, Texas location.

Evening shift position available

12:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Verifying insurance benefits
• Applying client payments to ensure proper credit
• Discussing financial options for programs
• Answer billing and client questions
• Scheduling and check – in clients in and out for appointments
• Facilitate Telemed appointments
• Answer phone in timely manner and check voicemails
• Collect all money due to include deductibles, copays, coinsurance and balances
• Must be able to work well independently and as a team
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Two-year professional office experience
