Our Psyche, Inc. is a multidisciplinary outpatient behavioral health clinic delivering integrated psychiatric and psychological care, including psychotherapy, diagnostic services, and coordination with psychiatry, rTMS, and Spravato programs.

We are seeking a doctoral-level Clinical Psychologist (either fully licensed or provisionally licensed/post-doctoral) to join our growing clinical team. This provider will function as a primary treating clinician within an integrated care model, delivering high-quality psychotherapy and clinical formulation while collaborating closely with psychiatry and medical staff.
This position is intended for psychologists who want to practice in a collaborative, high-acuity outpatient environment where psychological care is central to treatment planning and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
Conduct diagnostic intakes, clinical assessments, and ongoing treatment planning.
Treat patients presenting with:
Mood and anxiety disorders
Trauma and stress-related conditions
Personality and relational patterns
Neurodevelopmental and adjustment conditions
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and PA-C providers for integrated medication-therapy planning.
Participate in multidisciplinary case consultation and treatment review.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (TherapyAppointment).
Follow all Texas Board of Examiners of Psychologists rules, HIPAA standards, and clinic compliance protocols.
Support care coordination for specialized services such as Spravato and rTMS when clinically indicated.

Required Qualifications
For Fully Licensed Psychologists (LP):
Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
Active Texas Psychologist License (LP) in good standing.
For Provisionally Licensed Psychologists (Post-Doctoral):
Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
Active Texas Provisional Psychologist License.
Actively pursuing full licensure (LP).

For All Candidates:
Strong competence in psychotherapy, diagnostic formulation, and clinical decision-making.
Ability to work with complex outpatient psychiatric populations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency with EHR systems (TherapyAppointment preferred).
Knowledge of HIPAA, Texas psychology law, and ethical practice standards.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Competitive salary or productivity-based model, adjusted for licensure status and experience.

Work Schedule: Full-time outpatient schedule (Monday–Friday).

Supervision: Provided for provisionally licensed psychologists in compliance with Texas Board rules.

Administrative Support: Full scheduling, billing, and intake coordination.
