Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Leadership Role

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior BCBA to step into a leadership-focused role supporting clinical excellence, team development, and program growth. This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about high-quality care, mentorship, and expanding access to services while maintaining manageable caseloads and strong work-life balance.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location Requirement: Ability to reliably commute to Rockwall, TX, or willingness to relocate (employer-provided relocation assistance available)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Includes 3 work-from-home days per month
- Caseload: Average of 7 clients
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
- Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to $1,000/month (up to $12,000 annually)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee ABA services across clinic, home, and community settings
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and junior BCBAs
- Ensure compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers to support holistic care
- Provide clinical feedback, training, and performance support to staff
- Assist with clinic oversight, program development, and leadership initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, quality improvement, and ethical practice
Qualifications
- BCBA certification in good standing (required)
- Eligibility for or current LBA licensure (required)
- Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience (5+ years preferred)
- BACB Supervisor status
- Proven experience managing caseloads and supervising RBTs and junior BCBAs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for helping children thrive across diverse environments
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and adapt in a dynamic clinical setting

Pay: $85,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
