Seeking motivated LCDC-I professionals for a full-time role with flexible schedules, remote/tele-support options, and a rewarding environment.

Starting pay: $20.45/hour with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and retirement.
Provide screening, assessment, and individualized treatment planning based on DSM-V and TDI criteria.
Deliver individual counseling, process group, and psycho-educational sessions weekly, utilizing virtual and telephonic engagement to serve clients with limited access to resources.
Complete case management documentation and service coordination within required timeframes, adhering to ethical standards and supervision protocols.
Engage in community outreach, education, and representation on local committees.
Requires flexible hours, extensive paperwork, travel, and a valid Texas driver’s license. Must be willing to relocate to Big Spring, TX, prior to start.
Preferred education: Bachelor's degree.
