RBT Operations Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized operations assistant to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and ensuring smooth operations throughout the clinc. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in various office software, and have a strong attention to detail. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in representing our company and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as necessary.
• Maintain an organized filing system for client records and documentation.
• Schedule appointments and manage scheduling efficiently.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
• File documents and keep the office area tidy and presentable at all times.
• Support team members with various tasks as required to enhance overall office productivity.
• Be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician as its a dual role

Experience

• Previous experience as an RBT office front desk or in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, including Google Suite applications and other office software.
• Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to file documents accurately and maintain records efficiently.
