Bubbles ABA is an in-home based ABA agency offering school and community services, seeking a part time Registered Behavior Technician to therapy for pediatric patients on the autism spectrum. The ideal candidate has experience working with children and a desire to work in a home health setting. The Registered Behavior Technician will be responsible for reinforcing positive behaviors in order for our patients to complete their treatment goals successfully.

We strive to equip our patients with tools to become as independent as possible and improve their everyday lives! With a focus on early intervention, we treat patients from approximately 3-12 years old, who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:
- Meets competency to become a Registered Behavior Technician by meeting the requirements outlined by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board®
- Collects and records data based on observable client behavior.
- Assists BCBA in maintaining up-to-date graphs, summarizing and calculating data, creating session materials and stimuli, as well as maintaining program books.
- Writes progress notes, team updates , program updates as requested by the lead BCBA, and
- Actively participates in the implementation of baseline, treatment, parent training and generalization sessions.
- Assists BCBA in the preparation and clean-up of session-related activities (preparing client, room, computers, recording equipment, etc.).
- Assists with case-related duties such as protocol dissemination, protocol reviews, and staff/parent training.
- Utilizes safe and appropriate handling, management and guidance procedures when transporting or working with clients.
- Provides direct client care following the prescribed behavioral protocols/programs.
- Attends weekly supervision with clinical supervisors
- Implements behavior protocols and curriculum treatment plans following training from the BCBA.
- Communicates courteously and professionally with families, staff, and community providers.
Required Work Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience providing behavioral services to children with developmental disabilities.
- Registered Behavior Technician training based on credentials outlined by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board®
- Must have and maintain a basic knowledge of computer systems and applicable software.
Skills:
- Maintain up-to-date training/certification status in BLS/ CPR training, either in-person or hybrid combination class.
- Must be able to accept constructive feedback.
- Must be able to organize and manage time and manage multiple tasks.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective communications and working relationships with other employees, clients, and their families as well as the general public, across all age groups, including but not limited to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations.
- Ability to demonstrate professional behavior by adhering to organizational policies and procedures, and assuming authority appropriately.
- Must maintain adequate personal grooming consistent with professional appearance.
- Must pass criminal history background check.
Must pursue education or training necessary to perform at the level of competence required to incorporate the hardware, software, technologies, and ideas relevant to specific job

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
