Location: Bronx, NY (Hybrid – On-site once a week)


Position Overview

We are seeking a Spanish bilingual and experienced mental health professional to join our team in the Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals aged 6 and above, with a strong background in working with pediatric patient populations. This role ensures high-quality care and compliance with state regulations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling and mental health services to clients aged 6 and older, including pediatric patients.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Medicaid and Medicare requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Attend on-site sessions once a week as part of the hybrid work model.


Requirements
  • Licensure: Active NY State License (LMSW or LCSW).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, including work with pediatric populations.
  • Must be Spanish bilingual.
  • Must have active Medicaid and Medicare credentials.
  • Must reside in or be able to commute to Bronx, NY for weekly on-site visits.
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.
  • Equipment: Candidate must provide their own equipment (not provided by the company).


Compensation
  • LMSW: $70,000 – $75,000 annually
  • LCSW: $90,000 – $95,000 annually


Work Model
  • Hybrid: Remote with one on-site day per week in Bronx, NY.
