Step One is a private, family-run NYS OASAS and OMH Certified Treatment Center since 1994 seeking talented individuals to join our amazing staff to provide care in several locations.

Job Summary:

Provide a full range of treatment services including (but not limited to):

• Develop, recommend, and review treatment goals and plans with clients and their families
• Individual Therapy
• Group Therapy
• Case Management

Job Requirements:

• LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, CASAC Master, CASAC-T, CASAC ,PhD ,LCAT, MHC-LP, or MSW
• Excellent Case Management skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word is required and Electronic Clinical Records experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced clinical experience in a substance abuse setting is a plus
• No experience needed for the right candidate and quick learner with the right credential

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
