Managed Care Coordinator

Job title: Virtual Care Coordinator

Job location: New York, NY 10017

Shift: 7AM-3PM

Pay: $20 - $28/hr

Length: 3 months, Possible extension

Duties:

• Support virtual patient care and remote monitoring
• Monitor patient safety, behavior, and clinical status
• Coordinate telehealth visits and ensure timely execution
• Triage and assign virtual monitoring cases
• Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership
• Track telehealth quality metrics and performance data
• Document patient observations and escalations
• Provide telehealth training and workflow support
• Serve as liaison with IT, vendors, and providers
• Ensure HIPAA and patient privacy compliance

Skills:

• Telehealth & remote monitoring expertise
• Strong patient care background (3+ years)
• Excellent communication and collaboration
• EMR & multiple technology platforms
• Real-time troubleshooting (“White Glove” support)
• Quality assurance and data analysis
• Clinical observation and early warning signs
• Problem-solving and prioritization
• Attention to safety and compliance
• Flexibility in fast-paced virtual care settings
