Job Description
Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD / I/DD). This BCBA – Adult Services role focuses on assessment, Positive Behavior Support (PBS), and the development of effective Behavior Support Plans (BSP) in residential and community-based settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing consultation using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Design, implement, and maintain Behavior Support Plans (BSP)
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Utilize Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies to address complex behaviors
- Review and analyze behavioral data to ensure treatment effectiveness
- Train and support direct service professionals and program leadership
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams supporting adult developmental disabilities
- Provide supervision to RBT candidates as needed
- Deliver services through a combination of in-person and remote consultation
- BCBA certification required
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing ABA services to adults
- Experience supporting adult developmental disabilities and IDD / I/DD
- Strong background in BSP, FBA, and PBS implementation
- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for adult populations
- Person-centered approach to Positive Behavior Support (PBS)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
