Clinical Neuropsychologist (Outpatient)
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 In-Person Days per Week
Position Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Options Available)
OneRehab is seeking motivated Neuropsychologists to join our growing Dallas team. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule of three in-person days per week, and flexibility for administrative tasks (e.g., scoring and documentation) to be completed remotely.
Part-time candidates with strong clinical experience and consistent availability (minimum two in-person clinic days per week) will also be considered.

You’ll be working with OneRehab’s Neuropsychology Team—a rapidly growing specialty—at our newest outpatient clinic in Highland Park (Dallas, TX). As a member of the team, you’ll also collaborate with our expanding interdisciplinary staff, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
What You’ll Do
- Manage psychological and neuropsychological services, ensuring high levels of professionalism, patient satisfaction, and collaboration with other service providers
- Provide neuropsychological assessments and psychological treatments (individual, group, and family) in accordance with ethical standards and clinical guidelines
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure effective, evidence-based care
- Support onboarding and training programs
- Participate in or lead research initiatives, as desired
- Contribute to case reviews, presentations, and other internal projects as assigned
- Support ongoing professional development by maintaining licensure, certifications, and relevant competencies
- Participate in department goals and initiatives contributing to OneRehab’s growth and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Clinical Neuropsychology
- Completion of a postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology (or equivalent experience)
- Licensed or license-eligible to practice psychology in the state of Texas
- Maintains certifications in Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) and CPR (renewed every 2 years)
- Demonstrates a commitment to clinical excellence, continuous improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Preferred: Experience in outpatient neuropsychological evaluations and/or rehabilitation settings
