Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA)

Location: North Carolina (Hybrid / Remote options available)

BK Behavior is hiring a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to join our growing clinical team in North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about high-quality ABA services, values flexibility, and wants strong clinical support.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide supervision and clinical oversight for ABA programs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical staff
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure services align with BACB and state guidelines

Requirements

  • Active QBA credential (or eligibility)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience supervising RBTs preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet and ability to work remotely (for hybrid/remote roles)
