Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. No experience required, new graduates are welcome to apply! The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care to individuals, provide psychotherapy services across the lifespan, from adolescents to older adults. Addressing their mental health needs through various therapeutic interventions. The LCSW will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual and group counseling while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide therapy and crisis intervention services to children and adolescents dealing with behavioral health issues.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions focusing on behavioral therapy techniques.
• Implement evidence-based practices for PTSD care and other trauma-related conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, coding, and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for patients.
• Educate patients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Stay informed about current best practices in social work and mental health care.

Experience

• Valid LCSW license in the state of practice.
• Experience in patient care within a clinical setting, particularly with geriatric population preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in patient care.
• Proficient in crisis intervention techniques and behavioral therapy modalities.
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel throughout the San Antonio area.

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
