Job Details:

• Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
• Pay: $95.00–$110.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 3–15 per week (with room to grow)
• Location: Hybrid remote — Brooklyn, Five Towns, Rockland, and other NY areas

Schedule Options:

• After school
• Evenings
• Weekdays
• Weekends as needed
• Choose your own hours

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments that highlight each child’s strengths and needs
• Develop and adjust data-driven ABA treatment plans
• Provide parent training that supports lasting progress
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
• Collaborate with families, educators, and related providers
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation

Who You Are:

• A Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing
• Experienced with autism and developmental disabilities
• Skilled at collaborating with families and teams
• Organized, dependable, and outcome-driven
• A strong communicator who leads with compassion
