Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Philadelphia, PA, for a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In this role, you will provide individualized ABA therapy in homes and community settings, develop and implement tailored behavior intervention plans, and assess client progress. Additional responsibilities include training and supporting families, collaborating with other professionals, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure compliance with treatment goals and standards. This role emphasizes compassionate, outcomes-focused care with a dedication to improving the quality of life for clients and their families.


Qualifications

  • Licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience in creating and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and conducting functional behavior assessments
  • Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, data collection, and analysis
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • A passion for working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Flexibility, professionalism, and an empathetic approach to providing person-centered care
  • Able to commute to in-home or community-based locations in Philadelphia, PA
  • Background in technology-based tools for therapy and progress tracking is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field is preferred
  • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain before starting the role
