About the Role

We’re currently seeking a licensed therapist or counselor to join our team on a part-time basis, with the option to grow into a full-time role as your caseload builds.

While you’ll see a range of clients, we’re especially looking for someone willing to work with teens and their families. Whether you’re seasoned in adolescent work or open to developing that skill set, we welcome your unique background and clinical strengths.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual therapy to clients — including teens and their families
• If experienced or open to learning, provide couples therapy
• Manage and grow your caseload independently, with the backing of a supportive team
• Create a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for all clients

What We’re Looking For

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Active, independent license in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Willingness to work with teen clients (experience preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently within a supportive team environment
• Commitment to an inclusive, strengths-based, client-centered approach
