Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys clinical work, values collaboration, and is interested in growth opportunities as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs
• Oversee program implementation and data analysis
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, and insurance requirements
• Participate in team meetings, training, and clinical discussions
• Support company growth through strong clinical standards and mentorship

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
