Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys clinical work, values collaboration, and is interested in growth opportunities as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs
- Oversee program implementation and data analysis
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure services meet ethical, clinical, and insurance requirements
- Participate in team meetings, training, and clinical discussions
- Support company growth through strong clinical standards and mentorship

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for high-quality, ethical ABA services

Pay: $95,000.00 - $103,250.16 per year
