Experteer Overview In this role you will deliver integrated psychiatric care within the Article 16 Clinic behavioral health team, focusing on measurable, accountable outcomes. You will act as a primary prescriber and contribute to a coordinated treatment plan that supports both mental and physical health. You will guide and supervise clinical staff, advising on psychiatric care strategies for assigned facilities. Compensation / Benefits • Provide comprehensive psychiatric treatment aligned with measurable and accountable care. • Serve as primary prescriber in psychopharmacology within integrated care models. • Supervise and mentor other medical personnel or clinicians as assigned. • Oversee psychiatric care for a facility or program and support residential teams with treatment plans. • Collaborate with residential multi-disciplinary teams to implement psychiatric plans of care. • Practice under the supervision of a higher-level Psychiatrist or Physician.
