Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Case Manager)
A Role for Clinicians Who Want Their Work to Matter
Many BCBA job postings sound the same.
This one has a simple goal: to help you decide, quickly and honestly, whether this is the right place for you.
This role is designed for clinicians who care deeply about families, value growth, and want to practice ABA in a thoughtful and supportive environment.
If that sounds like the kind of work you’re looking for, we’d love for you to keep reading.
Who This Role Is Not For:
To be transparent from the start, this position may not be a good fit if:
- You prefer working alone rather than as part of a collaborative team
- You are looking for full-time pay with part-time effort
- You are uncomfortable with feedback, coaching, or shared accountability
- You are uncomfortable with doing a portion of direct sessions
- You want the title, but not the day-to-day work with families
- You expect a new job to solve stress or burnout on its own
- You feel you have nothing left to learn
There is nothing wrong with these preferences but they will not align well with the way our team operates or supports families.
Who Will Thrive Here:
Clinicians who enjoy this role tend to:
- Care about helping families grow
- Want their work to have a real and positive impact
- Appreciate clear expectations and steady support
- Enjoy collaborating with teammates
- Ask questions when needed and share ideas openly
- Stay open to learning and improving
- Feel proud when families say, “We are doing better because of you”
- Want to build real leadership skills through service and clarity
You don’t need to be perfect or know everything.
You do need to care, try, and stay open to growth.
Why We Built This Role:
Many BCBAs tell us they want to help families but the system they work in makes that difficult.
Large caseloads, constant administrative pressure, and limited support leave little room for meaningful clinical work.
We built EY Behavioral Services to be different.
Our team is designed to help you focus on the work that actually moves families forward:
- Realistic caseloads (6–8 families)
- More parent support and involvement
- Team check-ins that solve problems early
- Monthly clinical trainings
- Clear expectations and shared goals
- A scorecard where billables are only 15% of your evaluation
We work hard, but with purpose.
The structure helps your effort lead to real outcomes, not endless busywork.
How We Support Change in Families:
Families come to us because they want clear guidance, steady support, and practical tools that help them make progress.
As a BCBA on our team, you will:
- Meet with families often and understand their goals
- Build simple, effective treatment plans
- Coach parents in ways that fit their daily lives
- Support and train RBTs with clarity
- Adjust plans quickly when needed
- Track progress in plain, meaningful language
- Help families achieve wins — early and consistently
When BCBAs feel supported, families feel supported.
This is how we create real change, one family at a time.
