Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Job Type: Full-Time

Setting: Outpatient (with hybrid appointments based on patient needs)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services across the state of Texas through medication management, counseling, and innovative treatment approaches. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for the individuals and communities we serve.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one psychotherapy and counseling services to patients ages 16 and older

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in the EMR/EHR system

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinical team members to ensure coordinated patient care

• Manage a consistent caseload in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related mental health field (required)

• Active license to provide mental health treatment in the State of Texas (LPC)

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Strong clinical background with demonstrated experience in psychotherapy

• Highly organized, self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive

• Comfortable working in a structured and fast-paced clinical setting

• Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems

• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
