Housing Stability Specialist - QMHP

Job Summary: Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP) at Integral Care have the opportunity to help community members who are experiencing mental health conditions achieve personal goals around their quality of life. This position is within the Child and Family Services division of Integral Care in a program called Families with Voices. Families with Voices is a team-based program that provides wrap around facilitation for families experiencing challenges in housing, employment, mental health, child development and basic needs such as food and transportation. The team is comprised of wrap facilitators, housing stability specialist, a therapist and an employment specialist. We also coordinate with other agencies and supports that the family could benefit from. Families have access to any members of the team to help them achieve goals towards family stability.

The housing stability specialist assesses the family's housing challenges and helps the family develop a plan to improve their housing stability. The housing stability specialist will help families remove barriers to housing, locate housing, apply for housing and housing programs and coordinate rental assistance. This position is community based.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. Masters degree preferred.

License:

Required:

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Hours: Full - Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, some evenings required.

Salary: $24.18 - $25.39 an hour based on education.
